My career began with Dubai’s leading developers and grew through Metropolitan and other leading brokerages. That experience gives me a view of both sides of the market: how a project is brought to life, and how it fits into your investment plan.

I invest, too. Building my own property portfolio with a focus on passive income has shaped the questions I ask for my clients: What are the ongoing costs? Who will rent it? When does the next payment fall due? And what could a future resale involve?

I work with portfolio clients beyond a single transaction, helping them select off-plan opportunities, plan payment commitments, review their holdings and consider the next move.
