About Alice Al Raheb.

Associate Director · Dubai luxury property

Selling Luxury Sunset is Alice Al Raheb’s personal property website. With over ten years in Dubai real estate, Alice works with local and international clients looking for luxury penthouses, beachfront villas, distinctive apartments and investment opportunities.

A personal property search.

Explore the available collection, compare locations on the Property Atlas, or share your preferred property type, purpose and budget through Find Your Property. Alice can help you discuss ready homes, off-plan purchases, resales and portfolio planning, then coordinate the next steps around your requirements.

Project pages show selected addresses and reference information. Availability, final prices, payment plans and purchase terms must be confirmed for the particular unit. Sold properties are presented separately from available residences. Architectural visualisations and reference images do not establish the condition of a specific apartment.
